Meet One Of The Faces Behind Power Institute
I’m Ron Das, the proud co-owner of Power Institute along with Darryl Bodington and Lissa Hostland.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I always had a passion for staying fit and healthy, so as soon as I was old enough, I got into the fitness industry and gained valuable experience with leading institutions who aspired for peak performance.
I got the opportunity to work with motivated gym-goers daily, which inspired me to pursue my dreams. So once I learned the ropes, I decided to fulfill a lifelong ambition and set up a gym in Toronto, Ontario, in 2007.
Over the past thirteen years, I’ve had to overcome plenty of challenges, especially when I first began, and not many individuals would pay for a personal trainer. However, I’m glad to say that today people understand the value of working with a professional.
I enjoy helping clients achieve their fitness goals by creating a fun and non-judgemental environment, and I believe what sets me apart is my unique methodology, which I have fine-tuned over the past twenty-five years.
I understand that everyone’s body is different, so I customize the program and increase the reps and sets systematically by observing the client and listening to their feedback. I also encourage people to use their full-body to exercise, which creates longevity and better results.
I attribute my success to the loving personal care and attention that I render to each client, and when I see them enthusiastically looking forward to the next session, it’s rewarding. My mantra is to deliver an excellent experience for the client, which will allow my business to keep on flourishing.
When I am not busy training clients, my hobbies include martial arts, boxing, general exercise, and cars. I also love spending quality time with my family and getting in touch with my spiritual side.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a personal trainer in Toronto, Ontario, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.powerinstitute.com.
